I wrote this to the seller where the auction is almost $1.5 million!
I canāt believe eBay isnāt removing it. I think theyāre planning on suing her for the seller fees if she doesnāt pay to slap her in the face so I wrote her this, and hope she can get to it. Iām sure sheās getting bombarded with emails:
*Donāt worry about eBay making you responsible for this auction.I guarantee the people bidding have no intentions on paying and support you, so once this is over, wait a week and file a non-paying bidder. The bidder will get a mark against them, but they can get up to 3 before eBay will kick them out and youāre not under any obligation to leave them negative feedback. Then, eBay will be forced to refund your sellerās fees. Iām sure theyāre not removing the auction because they intend to slap you in the face with a lawsuit to get the money. Another thing you can do is before the last 12 hours remove the auction. Itās in eBayās rules that you have the RIGHT to remove an auction if itās no longer available as long as there is more than 12 hours left. With eBay you need to KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!
BTW, to those who read this, remember, bidding on eBay morals is like bidding on someoneās bankruptcy debt. Youāll end up in the negative because thereās nothing there!Peace, Dianna

*Itās not like eBay to allow these auctions to go on for 4 days. You arenāt allowed to sell items like personalities and itās in their own rules! The only reason theyāre not pulling it is because they plan to get back at the high bidder and seller, I guarantee it. I hope she follows my advice and ends the auction early before the last 12 hours. That way it gets maximum exposure, but eBay can do nothing but charge her for the original listing at 99 cents which is like a quarter.
BTW, did anybody read my post about GreenZap as an alternative to Paypal?
