There is no such person as an atheist in God’s view. That is a man-made way of subduing a persons conscience of the living god who gives life to all who live, will live and have ever lived.
I would conjecture that all terms are [hu]man made terms. Though “atheist” literally means “not theist” ( the a- prefix is Greek for “not” or “without”). No need to attach extra intents to the word.
