In my opinion, 1Peter5 is a disobedient, rad-trad group. I would avoid them for spiritual reasons.

The only thing I disagree w/ is that
the Traditional Latin Mass was being
said in the testimony in the article,
the concept of the miraculous being
in the blessing of the bread and wine
should be believed by ALL Catholics,
not just 30% of 18-44 year olds. That
was in 1994, what is the score Today?

I liked the article. Clearly Eucharistic miracles and stories involving encounters with the enemy are often dismissed, even if those doing the dismissing believe that Christ and his disciples did battle with demons.

Did the demons just go home after Christ ascended and his followers died or became martyred? If you can’t believe in the Eucharist, if demons are just old world myths, why bother being Catholic at all?

Loved the article! Thanks! 🙂

I believe in the real presence, so I believe this is possible.

Satan and his demons have No Doubt that Our Lord is really and truly present in the Blessed Sacrament. I have been at Mass when at Benediction afterwards a woman in the very back pew began growling as Father held the monstrance aloft. Father was unperturbed, at least outwardly and proceeded to walk and bless each row one by one until he reached the back row.

The poor afflicted woman became very quiet and calm when Father stood near her with Our Lord there before her.

I have no doubt that Jesus is truly present in the Blessed Sacrament.👍

You are not Catholic if you don’t believe Jesus is really present in the bread & wine!

good article… I believe Msgr Pope to be a reliable source . thank you
