Alright, so I got myself a pamphlett on Eucharistic Adoration. It has a lot of information in it. Is Eucharistic Adoration only offered at certain times of the year? I’ve never seen our church offer it. Although, I can’t go to Mass every Sunday because of my health, so it may well be that we do have it.
The info I got was quite explanatory, and in depth. I’d like a condensed version from our members here. My eyes are tired today, so I don’t have the patience to read the entire brochure. What is expected at Eucharistic Adoration? I know one is to be silent, and that is what I like about it from what I have heard.
How long has the practice been in use? Is there anything special one has to do other than be silent and contemplative? Genuflect? Can you give me some basic facts? Do the priests to anything?
Thank you most kindly for your help! God bless you!
