I would never accuse any mainstream media source of telling the truth.
Is that a joke? Accusing all the tens of thousands of reporters, whose life is to collect news and spread them to be intellectually bankrupt manipulators, who only care about their ideology? What an insult! All the news divisions - EVEN FOX! - are composed of professionals, who are “hell-bent” on reporting the reality.

It is the invention of the “orange genius” that everything is “fake news” if it does not glorify him.

Ha that’s funny.Considering the Meuller testimony didn’t deliver the results the petulant Dems were hoping to achieve, they are moving forward with other investigations re Trump. NP has said impeachment still is on the table.Talk about tiresome, seriously! They continue to dig their own graves.

It sounds like CNN and their followers are panicking over Mueller’s poor performance yesterday. So they go back to the timeless “DRUMPF IS THE BIGGEST LIAR IN THE HISTORY OF CIVILIZATION HUEHUEHUE.”
One hates to admit if the shoe fits______ __

On the other hand, I’d like to see them take the information handed to them from Mueller’s report and actually “do” something about our security. Cyber security is a real threat, this time aimed at our democracy.

Ownership matters, and it influences what the employees do, in the media as in everything else.

It delivered something more important, that being it’s time to get serious about cyber security and that it is indeed a threat…Time to stop denying, and yes, that would include Trump.

I believe “our” people, not that of a foreign government with their own agenda, my goodness where is everyone’s “patriotism” now?

Side with Russia, or America? hmmmm, let me think.

In the 2016 election, most of the Russian-sourced “content” was not “cyber” but Russian documentary disinformation paid for by Hillary Clinton, the DNC and (most shamefully) the FBI.
It not only was meant to influence the election, it caused enormous disruption in the functioning of our government for two years, and a waste of millions of dollars. And it’s not over yet.

The bigger scoundrels in all of that are not the Russians, but our own intel people who fomented that hoax for political purposes. “Deep state” domestic political actors are a much bigger threat to our democracy than a bunch of Russian bots in social media.

I’m non-partisan with this.

There is NO reason that Mueller’s report on the Russian interference was not true, none at all…I stand with this Republican (this one) in sounding a reasonable bell for the future.

Call it a problem when I say I believe our people, vs Putin, but I call it a clear and present danger not to.

That remains to be seen. I wonder how many steps the Democrats thought ahead in this chess-game? In my opinion it would be to their advantage to start the impeachment procedure as soon as possible, even if there is a serious (?) risk that it would be unsuccessful… remember Nixon? But the huge advantage would be that all the information pertaining to the inquiry would have be exposed. No more “fake lawsuits” to hide the facts.

But maybe they learned from Comey, and will start the impeachment when it can cause maximum damage to Trump, very close to the election. Hopefully they are not total idiots, and can time the event to their maximum advantage. (I hate both parties, but “at this juncture” the Republicans are more loathsome with their lack of backbone. Mitch McConnell? Lindsey Graham? Yuck!!)

By the way, those other investigations happen all independently from the Mueller testimony.

In my opinion it’s a loosing battle. I’d much rather he loose at the polls, the clear and immediate danger is our cyber security and the focus being Trump sides with foreign powers over our own security agencies…{sic}

It’s a case of we will keep searching until we find something.A gross waste of time and taxpayer money. They are public servants and as such need to get back to the business of having the County’s needs and interest as a priority. Not hyper focusing on their lust for political power and hatred of Trump. After three years it’s wearing on the electorate and the well being of our Country overall

Oh, I don’t doubt the Russians did a rather desultory influence attempt. Looked more like a low-budget trial run. But it certainly could get worse.

But it’s not worse than corruption in our own intelligence community in which bureaucrats try to undermine the election process. To me, that’s far, far worse.

Being close to the election doesn’t necessarily mean maximum impact. The Steele Dossier information was released in part right before the 2016 election and as far as anyone knows, it didn’t have a devastating impact.

"By October 2016, Steele had compiled 33 pages (16 memos), and he then passed on what he had discovered to David Corn, a reporter from Mother Jones magazine. On October 31, 2016, a week before the election, Mother Jones reported that a former intelligence officer, whom they did not name, had produced a report based on Russian sources and turned it over to the FBI.[46] The article disclosed some of the dossier’s allegations: "

As opposed to the full drama of the re-investigation into Clinton upon discovery of the Weiner emails. And who knows how long the Republicans had been holding that information. Her lead dropped to about 2% almost immediately.

No exaggeration that the country is much better now, we must fend off against the hopped-up abortion party with its immorality and it’s great record of failures, Yemen, Libya, Iraq, protecting Middle East Christians and so on.

I don’t know that the Repubs were holding onto the Weiner information, and doubt they were. But if they did, I would be happy to look at some reliable source that explains how it happened.

No time to read the article, too busy watching clips from the Mueller debacle.
