Thanks for posting that. I will note that #7 is of course preposterous. It is also rather ironic, since transgendered people often ally themselves with gays, and the very premise of the transgender movement is that GENDER MATTERS, that gender is a radical element of one’s humanity and personhood. Hmmm.
#2 and #4 are straw men. The case for Prop 8 was not based on such statements, which are from Walker.
I could go on, but it’s late. Again everyone – as I said on another thread on Friday – get the CD or DVD from EWTN for the most recent World Over Live program, featuring 40 minutes of exquisite legal logic from Princeton Prof Robert George. So calm, so precise, so unassailable. I’m ordering it myself this week.
