Italy would be amazing!!
Iām heading for Poland one day. My family is Polish, and the faith is booming there. Yes, thereās the pettiness of the EU whining for decriminalizing public homosexuality, and whining that abortion laws should be loosened, but itās not happening. People, even in the government, are openly devout and theyāre the good guys.
I wouldnāt be so sure about NZ⦠Iāve heard that it has the worldās highest suicide rate
Thatās not any definitive proof, but it does offer some commentary on their society.
But anyway⦠Iām going to leave because ever since I was little Iāve been the one with the funky last name, the weird little holidays, the different foods. I love being Polish, but itās far more fun to ābe Polishā with other people. Plus, Iām not letting my kids be raised in this environment. Yes, thereās good things about this country, but they pale in comparison to Poland. When Iām in college (here) Iām going to do my part to make this country a bit better and then Iām out of here for my future children. If you donāt see the infringements on free speech and the disintegration of culture thatās been in the works then you probably wonāt understand why people want to leave.
Iām not just seeing things badly because Iām a teenager and thatās what I do⦠Also I have spoken with my mom, and she said when she was pregnant with me she had some seroius doubts about raising me here⦠But in all honesty it was way too late for her to go anywhere in time for me to be born. And also she had nowhere else to go. But for me, I already have friends and family all over Eastern Europe, and so all I need to do is get in touch and they can help me out. Honestly Iāll probably find a nice place, and see if itās for sure a fit when I do a year study abroad in college. Then Iāll make the final call I guess.
