This is not…encouraging.

But, I think it’s true. I think the merging of history and science to ground us in realism.
 
The economy won’t take 2 years. And people can be expected to engage in practices eventually that will spread it like wild fire. They will have to do better.
 
I heard an expert yesterday on Relevant Radio, he said the same… and probably it will be in 3 calendar years, 2020, 2021 and I guess, 2022.

I saw footage of a baseball game from last year and felt so heartsick. I’m an introvert by nature but I miss being around people. I miss enjoying communal experiences. I miss Mass.
 
I am sorta of the mind, “Okay, just infect me and get it over with”. However, I’m 60, my wife is immuno-comprimised, and one has no idea whether one will get a mild case or die.
 
I’m just trying to make the best use of this time and not waste it
 
Heart, Kidney, Lung, clot.
It is not really talked about much that many survivors, now numbering over a million, have potentially PERMENENT injury.

The rub is that Covid-19 is ordained by God. Reasoning?
  1. God is Omnipresent. He is present both Past, Present, and Future. He exists in all time lines. He exists in every microsecond simultaneously.
  2. According to the Nicene Creed, God has created all things visible and invisible. God created the first version of the coronavirus.
  3. Ergo…Covid-19 is ordained by GOD.
  4. God formed everyone in the womb( this is quoted abundantly here in this forum).
So let us say that Covid-19 was actually manufactured by man? (1) and (4) are problematic.
a) God formed the engineers of Covid-19 in the womb of their mothers ( 4 )
b) Before the moment of forming the engineers of Covid-19 in the womb, God simultaneously saw them engineering Covid-19. ( 1 )
c) You say they had free will.
d) Yes, but God saw the result of that free will in action. ( 1 )
e) God formed them in the womb anyway. ( 4 )
f) Ergo…Covid-19 is ordained by God.

Just like the Black Death was ordained by God ( There were not any biological engineers back then ) The Black Death , also known as the Pestilence and the Plague was the most fatal pandemic recorded in human history, resulting in the deaths of up to 75–200 million people in Eurasia and North Africa.
