I think im just going to stick to what the bible says and follow that. 👍

I find it interesting you can’t back up your idea that Jesus wants you only to follow the Bible. 🤷

Thats opinion, not a fact.
But thank you for caring. Its sweet. Don’t think i only follow the bible though. Thats not what I meant. I’m talking religious wise.

But we’ll have to agree to disagree.

Since you hold the Bible in such high regard you should know the answer to that question already: the Church that was around when the Bible was written. But I’ll make it really easy.
  1. Any church that teaches that God does not desire the salvation of all men is not the complete church (1 Tim. 2:4). Hence all Calvinism-derived churches which hold to predestined salvation of an elected few are incomplete. This takes out nearly all of Protestantism.
  2. Any church which allows divorce is incomplete (Mal 2:14-16, Mt 5:32-33, 1Cor 7:10-11). That takes out all of Protestantism and also some of the Orthodox churches.
  3. Who’s left?

Well what about people who have not been able to hear the word of God?

Like tribes who have not seen modern civilization.

Is it really their fault that they don’t know the word of God? I don’t think so. And I think God will cut them some slack due to their situation. What about unborn babies who were not born to be ‘saved’ and hear the word of God? Like in a miscarriage? I think it is the same for them.

No, it is not their fault and of course God understands their situation perfectly. Jesus founded ONE Church; and it is through this One Church that souls find their salvation, despite their state in life or religion they practice.

Even if the world is going to pot, there is always the One Church, the Church that the gates of Hell will never prevail against (Matthew 16:18).

Yeah there have been many civilizations that have not heard the true word of god.
Its sad, but lately we’ve done a great job evangelizing.
