Father Corapi is coming to Boston!

I just received an email yesterday, stating that because he was coming to the Boston Catholic Men’s Conference (which only men could attend 😦 ), the organizers were persuaded to ask Fr Corapi if he could stay an extra day to speak to women. He can so here’s the info…

Fr. Corapi’s going to Massachusetts, huh? I hope all the “catholic” politicians from there are in DC that day. I can see the fur flying now!! :cool:

Fr. Corapi is totally awesome. He doesn’t mince words either! Any info on which talk he will be giving? I was priveleged to attend “Wake up America!”. It was incredible! 👍
 
Father Corapi is supposedly coming to New Jersey sometime in early August of 2006. I imagine those tickets will sell out almost as quickly as tickets for a Springsteen concert at Giants Stadium would sell out.

It is nice to see a priest with the popularity of a rock star. I look forward to listening to Father Corapi in person–even if I do have to stand on Route 3 holding a sign that reads: “Father Corapi Tickets? I need two. HELP!” 🙂

In his ‘previous’ life, Fr. Corapi always wanted to BE SOMEBODY. Who would have thought he would become such a humble priest with such popularity! He is a SOMEBODY for sure!

What I love most about Father Corapi is his humility. (Yes, I said humility!) He may, now, have an ego the size of the Grand Canyon–incidentally, please show me a successful person that doesn’t have an ego–but he is quick to point out that when he first returned to the Church, he had to read how to pray the Hail Mary prayer. That fact alone endeared him to me. Perhaps the greatest evangelist since Archbishop Fulton Sheen (if not Saint Paul), Father Corapi is an inspiration to every poorly-catechized Catholic and sinner alike who, in both prayer and desperation, has cried out: “Lord, I believe. Show me what to believe.”

No info on his subject yet…doesn’t matter. I hope he has videos/DVDs for sale too…
 
Many blessings to you when you experience him…I thoroughly felt blessed! It was a very prayerful day also…everybody was going to confession. The man is holy…
 
This is awesome. I saw him in RI last year, I can’t wait to see him again.

I wish they could get Scott Hahn to speak also, but I won’t be greedy:D

The Boston Catholic Men’s conference has Dr Hahn speaking but that’s men only. :o

I know…I’m disappointed… Father Groeschel is coming to Worcester in April for their Men’s Conference…😃 Can’t go to that either cause it’s just for men…😦

You’d think that w/ all the clout that women are assumed to have in Massachusetts that something could be done about this… Guess not where the church is concerned…😦 Guess I’m going to write some letters today…:whistle:
