The vicar general of the Legion of Christ is stepping down from his post. Instead, Fr Luis Garza will now take over the running of the organization in North America.

I do not know why Father is stepping down from the Legioaries of CHrist.

We do no know all the facts, but I was reading an article in a Catholic magazine about them and it was NOT very encouraging.

If I could find the designated artificle I would refer it to you.

But the contents worry me how they still exist.
 
He’s not.

The article clearly states that he is going to be territorial director of the Legionaries in the U.S. and Canada.

Still in charge of the Legionaries, not as the “second-in-command” under Fr. Alvaro Corcuera but on a smaller regional scale. Nowhere does it say that he is stepping down from the Legionaries, just from the position he currently holds with them.
