Another massive shrine in the Northeast USA is Our Lady of Fatima Shrine, in Youngstown, NY, just a few minutes Northeast of Niagara Falls, NY, and 45 minutes North of Buffalo, NY.
It is easily accessed from Canada by the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge, and from NY State and the Northeast generally.

I live outside of Buffalo and around a 40 minute drive from the Fatima Shrine. It is a beautiful place to spend a day. Have a GPS though because it is a little off the beaten path. If one is in the area I would also recommend another local Marian shrine, the National Shrine and Basilica of Our Lady of Victory (www.ourladyofvictory.org), built by and the final resting place of Ven. Nelson Baker. It is around 15 minutes south of the city proper and 45 minutes if one is travelling directly from the Fatima Shrine. There is also a diocesan shrine east of the city very few people know of with hundreds of relics.
