I know, O Lord, that You require a Christian heart to yield itself up entirely to You, and to substitute Your love in place of the love of itself. But how far am I from practicing it, how incapable of it of myself! Help me, O Jesus, to renounce and to die to myself in all things. Do not allow my heart to seek itself, since You designed it to be entirely Yours. Grant that whatever it is tempted to live for, or to seek itself in anything, it may immediately renounce and die to itself, to live only in and for You. Then may I say with Your Apostle: Jesus Christ is my life, it is gain for me to die to all that I may live only in Him, and by Him, and for Him. Amen [Hail Mary]

I confess to Almighty God and to you my brothers and sisters, that I have sinned through my own fault, in my thoughts, and in my words, in what I have done, and what I have failed to do, and I ask Blessed Mary Ever Virgin, all the angels and saints, and to you my brothers and sisters to pray for me to the Lord our God.
 
Here are two from the Mozarabic Rite:

THE TRISAGION (sung in the pre-revision Mozarabic Rite on Easter Sunday)

Sanctus Deus, qui sedes super Cherubim, solus invisibilis.
Sanctus fortis, qui in excelsis glorificaris vocibus angelicis.
Sanctus immortalis, qui solus es immaculatus Salvator, miserere nobis, Alleluia.
V. Dignus es, Domine, Deus noster, accipere gloriam et honorem et virtutem.
R. Sanctus fortis.
V. Quoniam omnes gentes venient et adorabunt in conspectu tuo, Domine, et dicent:
R. Sanctus immortalis.
V. Benedictio et honor et gloria, virtus et potestas tibi, Deo nostro, in saecula saeculorum. Amen.

That is a beautiful form of the Trisagion. The Trisagion is also sung in the Tridentine liturgy on Good Friday with the reproaches. It isn’t as elaborate though. I think the form you gave is beautiful.

The Trisagion in the Mozarabic actually used to be sung after the Gloria on Easter Sunday only.

After the revision of the Rite, the use of the Trisagion was extended to other feasts and another form of it (alternating in Greek and Latin, more like a combination between the Tridentine form and the form used in the Divine Liturgy) was introduced.
 
My favorite is the Chaplet of Divine Mercy … but I also really like:

Anima Christi:

Soul of Christ, sanctify me
Body of Christ, save me
Blood of Christ, inebriate me
Water from the side of Christ, wash me
O good Jesus, hear me
In your wounds hide me
Separate from you let me never be
From the evil one protect me
At the hour of my death, call me
And close by You bid me
That I may be with You forever
Praising You with all Your angels and saints
  • I like to pray this after Communion … and to ask Jesus to make me a fitting tabernacle for Him, to help me remember that I carry Him inside me until I receive again.
I also really like a devotion called the 3 Glory Be’s … I think:

Eternal Father, through the hands of Our Lady of Sorrows, I offer You the Sacred Heart of Jesus, with all His love, with all His sufferings, and with all His merits.

  • Glory Be in reparation for the good done badly today and in the past

I really like these two for my patron saint. Both were written by Andrea Rau.

Prayer for the Intercession of St. Jehanne Darc

Dear Sweet Patron Saint,
I implore you in the name of God to intercede on my behalf and guide me. Help me to be strong when people are against me and question my belief in God. Help me to stand by my faith and my decisions concerning my faith. I wish to do only God’s will, and I beg of you, O Patron Saint, to help keep me on His true path, and guide me in His will. I need friends now, more than ever before, and I choose God as my first and foremost best friend, above all others. But I also choose you as a close and special friend to relate to and to talk to. Please counsel me by any means necessary that is in the will of God to do.
Please let me have the wisdom and understanding to receive his message and the patience and virtue to listen so that I may understand his word.

Thank you for accompanying me throughout the day, and in the work that I did. Thank you also for your guidance and your counsel. Please help me to listen to God and to you, dear Saint, that I may do what I am called to do. Please intercede on my behalf and beg God to take all my faults and turn them into virtues. I thank you for all you have done for me, and all the things you have interceded for on my behalf. Please continue to pray for me and for all the souls who need it.

And my favorite prayer of all time to hear, as it forever changed my life when I first heard it:

"God, the Father of mercies, through the death and resurrection of His Son has reconciled the world to Himself and sent the Holy Spirit among us for the forgiveness of sins; Through the ministry of the Church may God give you pardon and peace, and I absolve you from your sins in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit."
 
My top favorite has to be “Jesus, have mercy on me, a sinner.” 🙂 The Glory Be is also a great one. It just seems to well up from your soul in times of praise and thanksgiving toward God.
 
I have a few, but the one that I have used for the longest time since I was to learn how to pray is - my mother taught me during my first communion -

“Jesus, Mary, Joseph! I love You. Have mercy on us all!” (I can’t translate exactly because the prayer is in my mother language)
