“He who doesn’t pray to the Lord prays to the devil.” Pope Francis

“Get behind Me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to Me; for you are not setting your mind on God’s interests, but man’s.” Jesus

“We may not pay Satan reverence, for that would be indiscreet, but we can at least respect his talents.” Mark Twain

“Hell is the blood-curdling mansion of time in whose profoundest circle Satan himself waits, winding a gargantuan watch in his hand.” Antonio Machado

The emperor of the kingdom of despair
Rose up from mid-chest out of the sheer ice;
And I come closer to a giant’s height
Code:
Than giants match the size of his huge arms:
See now how large the whole of him must be
If it’s proportionate to that one part!

Were he once as beautiful as now he’s ugly
(And yet he raised his fist against his Maker!)
Well may all our grief come down from him!

Oh how much wonder was it for me when
I saw that on his head he had three faces:
One in front — and it was fiery red —

And two others, which joined onto this one
Above the center of his shoulder blades,
And all three came together at his crown.

The right face seemed halfway white and yellow
While the left one looked the color of the race
That lives close to the source of the Nile.

Beneath each face there sprouted two large wings,
Suitably massive for such a bird of prey:
I never sighted sails so broad at sea.

They had no feathers but looked just like a bat’s,
And he kept flapping these wings up and down
So that three winds moved out from in around him:

This was the cause Cocytus was all iced.
With six eyes he wept, and from his three chins
Dripped down the teardrops and a bloody froth.

In each mouth he mashed up a separate sinner
With his sharp teeth, as if they were a grinder,
And in this way he put the three through torture.

For the one in front, the biting was as nothing
Compared to the clawing, for at times his back
Remained completely stripped bare of its skin.

"That soul up there who suffers the worst pain,"
My master said, "is Judas Iscariot —
His head within, he kicks his legs outside.
Description of Satan in Hell from “Inferno” by Dante - Canto 34

“In all systems of theology the devil figures as a male person. Yes, it is women who keep the church going.” Don Marquis

“It is so stupid of modern civilisation to have given up believing in the devil when he is the only explanation of it.” Ronald Knox

“In all systems of theology the devil figures as a male person. Yes, it is women who keep the church going.” Don Marquis
Hmm…funny how people forget that sexism against men is still sexism.

Men stop going t church…look what happens to the chuch.

Let’s not go there…
Yes, lets not. Just saying. I found what I had quoted kind of offensive. Anyways, NOT to start a debate.

On with quotes about satan…

“I WILL NOT SERVE!”

Is a cry we make every day. And it is also the core of Lucifer’s rebellion. Each time we act like that, we act like good followers of Lucifer.

Food four thought everybody.

“Christianity may be good and Satanism evil. Under the Constitution, however, both are neutral. This is an important, but difficult, concept for many law enforcement officers to accept. They are paid to uphold the penal code, not the Ten Commandments … The fact is that far more crime and child abuse has been committed by zealots in the name of God, Jesus and Mohammed than has ever been committed in the name of Satan. Many people don’t like that statement, but few can argue with it.”
― Carl Sagan, The Demon-Haunted World: Science as a Candle in the Dark

I always suspected Sagan had little or no training as a logical thinker, notwithstanding his virtues as an astronomer/physicist.

When people are controlled by Satan, they do not necessarily act in the name of Satan, even though they act under his influence. So the Christians, Muslims, and atheists who act in evil ways are all under the influence of Satan, not God. The millions of felonies committed in the U.S. are not committed by Sunday worshipers. They are committed by baptized Christians who have not seen the inside of a church in many years, or by unbaptized people who have never seen the inside of a church and throw real or metaphorical rocks at Christians every chance they get.
