Hmm! What I find most interesting is that Religious based hate crimes happen 3.3% more often than Sexual orientation hate crimes. By the way society focuses on the later you would thin that would be the other way around!

I’m not surprised that jewish and Muslim hate crimes greatly outpace those against Catholics and Protestants.

I supposed you are underestimating the far-right (although opposing Jews is not a religious hate-crime since most the far-right oppose Jews due to their perceived pernicious influence) and anti-Muslim sentiment.Hmm! Not so bad for Catholics, I suppose, when compared to others.
However, I am shocked by the number of hate crimes against Jewish people. We hear about the Muslim hate crimes, but there were twice as many against Jews. I realize it’s a larger population, so perhaps maybe less people affected overall, but, still, that is very high compared to Catholics. We make up 22% of the population and Jews are just 2.2%. Perhaps they don’t really want to talk about it for fear of reprisal?

Both Jews and Moslrms have extensive organizations to deal with crimes against them
Even the slightest are documented on thrir web sites
I don’t believe Christains possess the same type of apparatus .
The Catholic League is pretty much a one man show that gets involved in mostly major events.
