I personally observed the annunciation in my prayers and at Mass today. Although its a moveable feast, I still like to observe this feast day on this date.

That would mess up the ‘Secular Christmas crowd’. And we could celebrate it without watching ‘the Christmas Carol’ or ‘the Santa Clause’ all day.
