Its a windfall for persons with certain occupations. And maybe it will help Detroit. 🤷

I think Detroit is trying to find property investors who also have a stake in the outcomes of the neighborhood. I’m not sure that the way they are going about it is for the best, but lets see. Certainly Detroit needs help.

But, erm… why is this thread in the Catholic News forum?
