I doubt anyone knows me but you can tell from my registered date that I expressed an interest in Catholicism as far back as 2011 and it’s taken my all this time to finally find the belief and conviction to go through with it.
It was out of this world, a great evening. My baptism and confirmation saint is Pius (Pius X).

However I messed up at one point, I was the first of us there to be baptised and the first to be confirmed. During the confirmation, the bishop said “peace be with you” and I responded with “and with your spirit.” Everyone after me said “And peace be with you.”
I messed up so bad, trying to take it all in and being nervous! 😊

To everyone else who was baptised and confirmed this Easter, God bless you!

Congratulations and blessings! You can be assured of our prayerful support in your faith journey. God bless you!

Welcome! Belief and conviction are well worth the extra time! Given the response being such a normal part of the Mass, I probably would have said that as well.
May your patron saint join me in prayers on your behalf and may God bless you today and always.
Amen.

Congratulations brother! Hey, at least you didn’t respond with, “and may the force be with you…” 🙂

Remember, it’s all good!

Wow, congratulations and welcome! :):D:thumbsup::yup::clapping::bounce:

Congratulations! I just returned from our Easter Vigil and it was so wonderful to see so many baptisms, confirmations and receptions in the Catholic church.

:hug1::blessyou:

You think you were nervous? [SIGN][/SIGN] Think about the eleven new members of the church baptised and confirmed this evening in Rome, by the Holy Father, in front of a worldwide television audience. They’re your classmates, too. Welcome, welcome, and a long life of grace to you all.
