It is a common argument among those promoting the homosexual agenda that any sexual behavior should be allowed provided it does not harm another. Those holding to traditional morality based on natural law should not be concerned since it does not affect them. Everything should be handled in a spirit of “tolerance.”

Such “tolerance” is usually a one-way street. Advocates of Catholic morality are always told to “tolerate” disordered sexual behavior even when they or their children are harmed or offended. Those who advocate homosexual behavior seem to forget about tolerance when it comes to Catholic morality.

An example of such a case was the recent scandal in New York’s Batavia District High School. One of its teachers return to school this fall as a man dressed as a woman and he will be undergoing surgery to look like a woman. Students will be required to address the “transgendered” man as “she.”

Out of curiosity, does the Church consider transexuality (presuming there is no disordered sexual activity such as homosexuality) a sin?

Just a hasty thought here: I would guess that anything that requires surgical intervention (i.e., violent assault with knives) to mutilate perfectly well functioning genital organs combined with artificial hormonal manipulation to counteract what is natural to the male hormone profile would be considered gravely disordered and contrary to the dignity of the human person.

Not engaging in sexual activity would be another matter. I have no idea how many people who go through the transgendering process proceed to have sexual relationships.
 
The radical left confuses “Tolerance” with “Acceptance”. If we do not “Accept” their immorality, we are “Intolerant”.

As for them, they believe they do not have to tolerate anything that goes against their agenda. In fact, it is to be despised. That is why there is so much hate directed towards Chistians (espeically Catholics). The do not agree with God’s (Natural) Law so it must be destroyed.

God created us mail or female. We are not supposed to pervert or deny this in anyway. Having the inclination is one thing, acting on it is another.

When you consider the intrusive style of Socialism in the EU and the type that Hillary Clinton or the liberals in the US want, it isn’t too difficult to see that they are both leftist ideologies. It is also true that Nazi ideas are still around and still have influence in European and US liberal circles. Nazis had all the hallmarks of leftists, except they were leftists with guns and the will to subjugate the World.

Just becuase Hitler is dead doesn’t mean what he established in the world ended, it is just presented in a “softer” manner, what do you think?

From what I can see is that Northern Europe is going back into paganism. Unless a nation is well founded in good Christian principals, democracy will be impossible there. Even here in our nation I see increase in surveilance, nanny statism, an idea that the family is a source of bad influence and that the state needs and has a right to intervene in the rearing of children across the board. Increasingly governments are moving from being the servants of the people to being masters of their people. The European Constitution being driven through those nations makes a mockery of democracy, it becomes a dead letter. Parents and educators are now being “obliged by the state” to teach our kids lies. We are obliged to pay the tax that supports the killing of innocent children. It is my humble opinion that wicked bishops and evil pastors are just as much to blame as the hedonists and marxists. But look back when Poland was communist, many priests were working w/ the communists.

When the communists would bug the confessional, Karol Wojtyla would go on a car ride and when the communists attempted to follow him, his driver would get lost in the crowd and it would make it harder for the communists to get him.

Some people, strictly speaking, are not clearly male or female. They are “intersex;” for instance, genetically XY (male) but because of a mutation in the androgen receptor, say, have external characteristics of females. Or born with ambiguous genitalia, not clearly recognizable as male or female.

That’d be nice if God actually had made everyone clearly male or female. One can debate whether he made people like me the way he did intentionally or that it’s part of original sin, but irregardless of the cause people like me do exist, have existed and will continue to exist.

Most people who have sex changes are not hermaphodites(Spelling might be wrong). Of course, if you have a physical disorder such that you are born with the sexual organs of both gender then corrective surgery would be in order.

But if you do not have the above disorder then you are mutilating yourself. Using the existence of a known physical deformity to excuse sexual change for anyone else is wrong.

I am a woman and I do not ‘feel’ like a woman. I feel like me, deb, plain and simple. If a male says that he ‘feels’ like a female then he has no idea what a real woman feels because real women don’t ‘feel’ like females. We feel like our individual selves.

when I took Anatomy in college, we learned that forensic detectives can deduce a person’s gender from their bones. That means that your gender goes physically deeper then your sexual organs. Even if you get a sex change, if you are male you will have denser, heavier bones then most female and still be a guy.

there is a wide variety of what is normal male and female behavior. If you fall outside of what is typical for your gender that certainly makes you different then the average male or female but that isn’t bad. There really is no wrong or right way to be male or female or for either gender to feel.

Here’s a hint. The Nazis and Communists come from the same branch called socialism. Socialism by it’s very nature is liberal and is very anti-thesis of Christianity. So that would make the Nazis liberals. How hard is it for people to remember that?
