UPPSALA, Sweden, SEPT. 7, 2010 (Zenit.org).- The first Catholic university recognized in Sweden since 1477 was praised by a papal message encouraging the institute community to be dedicated with heart and mind to the pursuit of divine and human wisdom.
The Institute has been in operation since 2001, so I would think that it has established some kind of reputation by now. Granted, I don’t know what that reputation is, but since the pope sent a message of congratulations regarding its accreditation, I’m inclined to think the reputation isn’t bad.
Besides, the Institute (calling it a university seems a stretch) only offers one degree program: a Bachelor’s degree in Theology. newman.se/education.htm
