It is occurring to me that the main change for TLM is the role of the priest. He is the one who has the Latin to say, the new rules about what to say out loud and what to say quietly, the new positions of hand and body to conform to. The congregation will continue to pray in English, via the missalette translations. Since their noses will be in the missalettes, they will be kept from noticing whether the priest abides exactly to the rubric or not. It sounds like a win-win situation to me.
