An Ave Maria for all those wishing to complete the Five First Saturdays Devotion for reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary , and for the beatification of Sister Lucia.

On my way toward the 6th consecutive First Friday and finding myself beginnnig to pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet more often.
 
Sorry I missed the First Saturday reminder - but tomorrow is the First Friday! Make reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and receive Him in Holy Communion!
 
OOh, things that can happen to challenge us!! Last week I prepared myself well - confession on Thursday, and waited patiently and happily and eagerly for Saturday for the reparation day. All sorts of obstacles suddenly and without warning sprung up on Saturday morning, and in the afternoon I finally found a Parish where Mass was being said at 2.30 pm, a wedding mass. I save you from the details, but ooh, it can be a test, at least it was to me. Today, first Friday I have made it - thank God!! Since I have moved to another locality two days before, I was not able to go to confession until this morning before Mass, I thank the good humble priest who did not mind my early morning requirement. Guess what, it is my birthday as well. It is a 3rd first Friday and it was my 3rd first saturday. Thank you God, the saints and all faithful who are praying for us. May God strengthern everyone on this worthwhile journey.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I completed the 6th consecutive First Friday this past friday, and I too find so many obstacles that I needed to clear out of the way - mostly interior, in order to stay devoted to the Sacred Heart. But God pours out His grace along the way.
 
did my eight first friday this week and yes like that a strange set of circumstances nearly stopped me from doing it. thank God though next month shall be the ninth
 
Yes, I have had some unexpected events that have come my way during the devotion - had to live out of my car for several months and sleep in a tent for a while.
 
Yes, I have been having some unexpected events that have come my way during the First Fridays devotion - had to live out of my car for several months and sleep in a tent for a while. Still on my way to First Friday #7 consecutive, and sensing the love of Christ for us.

Just a reminder that this weekend is the First Friday and First Saturday of the month of November 2011.

Remembering all those in prayer who are making the First Friday devotion in reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and the First Saturday devotion in reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
 
Tomorrow (4th Nov) is a first Friday followed by a first Saturday. May God bless you all and keep you focused.
 
I made the First Friday (7th consecutive) this Friday. I am seeing both my lukewarmness to the love of Christ and the value of being silent in my soul in the presence of God. Also I encourage anyone to not quit the First Saturdays Devotion after making the five consecutive, if possible. God Bless.

I thank God I successfully made the 4th first Friday and the 4th first Saturday smoothly in my parish. I am feeling the need to tell more people in my parish about this devotion, and I have started doing so. I am feeling the need to think about more ways to get more people to attend first saturday Mass and to do reparation. So far the response was good, so I am looking forward to more people in Mass next time. I don’t know why my beloved priests not speak about these things.

I continue to keep all those in my prayers that have the intention of the First Fridays and First Saturdays devotions of reparation. I have two more First Fridays to go to make nine - please remember me in prayer to complete the devotion if you have a chance. Thanks.
 
Along the path of reparation the the Sacred Heart on the 9 First Fridays, I am starting to see a unique difference from Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart - in that His is manly, kingly, priestly, prophetic, and devoted to the Blessed Mother.
 
Just a reminder that today is the First Friday and tomorrow the First Saturday of Decemeber 2011 to make reparation to the Sacred and Immaculate Hearts of Jesus and Mary.
 
Made the 8th consecutive 1st Friday last week, and the upcoming month looks difficult to continue, with a work conflict on the 9th 1st Friday- but must but my trust in Our Lord and Our Lady. First Saturday this month was beautiful. Ave Maria.
 
You are lucky, I started mine in January which nicely fell on Mary the Mother of God feast day.

I failed in making the fourth one and have still not completed them.

Cannot believe I have been trying for a whole year and still not got there.

Dont’ be discouraged! I will keep you in my prayers. An Ave Maria for Our Lady to begin, guide , and bring to a completion your devotion .
