Just a reminder that this weekend is the First Saturday of September 2012. An opportunity to fulfill Our Lady’s request for a Communion of reparation to her Immaculate Heart. 🙂

God Bless

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Code:
August is a month especially dedicated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and we come to the end of this month tomorrow. This Saturday, Sept. 1, offers us another opportunity to honor Mary by offering her special reparation for all the blasphemies hurled against her. Sister Lucia of Fatima, recounted this message:
Eight years after the Fatima events, when Sister Lucy was living in a convent in Pontevedra, Spain, she experienced another apparition of Our Lady. On the 10th of December 1925 Our Blessed Lady appeared to her in Pontevedra, with Her Child in a cloud of light. The Child said: “have mercy on the heart of your Blessed Mother, it is surrounded with thorns with which the ungrateful people still continue to pierce it. Continually piercing Her heart with nobody removing the thorns by acts of restitution”. Then Our Blessed Lady said: “My daughter, see My heart surrounded by thorns with which the ungrateful people pierce it with their blasphemous language and ungratefulness. Will you try to comfort me and to make it known, that all who have attended Mass on the first Saturday for five consecutive months, been to confession and received Holy Communion, prayed the rosary and kept Me company for fifteen and ungratefulness. to make it known that all minutes whilst contemplating the mysteries of the rosary and do this has restitution I shall grant them the mercy which they will need in their hour of death”.
Code:
May we hear the Truth of God's Love through Mary's intercession and offer our hearts to those Two Hearts, pierced for love of us.

Jesus, we trust in You.
Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us.
Come Holy Spirit fill the hearts of your faithful. Kindle in us the Fire of Your Love.

Thank you MariaChristi for that quote.

Hope many have been able to make reparation yesterday.

I was reflecting this First Saturday on the Eucharist - doesn’t this hold us all together in the faith, in the Church? And, yet it is difficult if not impossible to believe if not given the eyes of faith and conversion of heart. I must be grateful for the gift or grace of faith in the Eucharist, and I pray for others to receive the faith through the Virgin Mary.

In Christ through Mary

Dear hoop,

Thanks for your reply. You have touched on an important reality of the Catholic Faith and that is the “intrinsic” devotion to Mary which the Church teaches. (See paragraph 971 in the Catechism of the Catholic Church). How can we appreciate Jesus present in Eucharist if we do not appreciate His incarnation in the womb of Mary? Mary and the Eucharist are inseparable in my mind, since it was Mary in whom Jesus the Word made Flesh first dwelt, body and blood, soul and Divinity.

If you have never read True Devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary there is an online copy HERE. St. Louis de Montfort applies this true devotion in helping us to receive Holy Communion more fervently with Mary in a very beautiful way. See

FIND THHE REAL TRUTH HERE. DO NOT DELAY

It is essential we pray for the Pope that he consecrate Russia to the Immaculate heart of Mary ASAP. As we all know, the time is short. It is all of our duty to obey our Lady by heeding her request for these prayers as well as the first five saturdays devotion.
Please become aware and do all you should by watching the speakers at this conference.

I was reflecting upon how the devotion is so fruitful, so full of grace and “what eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither has it entered into the heart of man the things that God has prepared for them that love Him.”

Especially upon the successful dedication of a Traditional Latin Mass chapel newly built on the fifth First Saturday of my devotion, and also today I discovered that Pope Benedict XVI issued the the Motu Proprio Summorum Pontificum concerning the Extraordinary form of the liturgy on Saturday July 7, 2007 - the First Saturday, someone else’s Fifth.

“neither has it entered the heart of man that things that God has prepared for them that love Him.”

Ave Maria

Just a reminder that this Saturday is the First Saturday of November 2012, a day Our Lady requests for reparation to her Immaculate Heart especially on 5 consecutive months by praying the Rosary, meditating on the mysteries of the Rosary for 15 minutes, receiving Holy Communion, and making a valid Confession.

Here is a link to some pictures from a beautiful Eucharistic Procession held last month in Virginia on October the 13 the 95th Anniversery of the Miracle of the Sun at Fatima.

God Bless.

Hope many have made the First Saturday Devotion today. Especially I am discovering the power of the Catholic Mass and the mysteries of the Rosary, and how much I need Our Lady to survive the times I am living in.

Ave Maria.

Just a reminder that this upcoming Saturday is the First Saturday for December 2012. A chance to make reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary by reciting 5 decades of the Rosary, keeping Our Lady company for 15 minutes while meditating on the mysteries of the Rosary, making a good Confession, and receiving Holy Communion with this intention of reparation to her for the sins of man.

God Bless!

For some encouragement in continuing to maintain devotion to Our Lady and especially praying her Rosary, I put this link to Saint Pope Pius V in which in wrote on praying the Psalter of the Blessed Virgin Mary dated from 17 September 1569!

Ave Maria

Consueverunt Romani

I hope that many were able to make the First Saturday Devotions this past weekend. I realize that the state world, the economy, the destruction of families, and so forth are very disheartening. I pray that many or as many as are called and drawn to this devotion to the Immaculate Heart persevere.

Ave Maria.

The Angelus

The Angel of the Lord declared to Mary:
And she conceived of the Holy Spirit.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Behold the handmaid of the Lord: Be it done unto me according to Thy word.

Hail Mary . . .

And the Word was made Flesh: And dwelt among us.

Hail Mary . . .

Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God, that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Let us pray:

Pour forth, we beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy grace into our hearts; that we, to whom the incarnation of Christ, Thy Son, was made known by the message of an angel, may by His Passion and Cross be brought to the glory of His Resurrection, through the same Christ Our Lord.

Amen.

The next First Saturday is January 5 2012. It is a time requested by Our Lady to make Reparation to her Immaculate Heart. This is a powerful devotion especially if done a Our Lady asks - 5 consecutive months in reparation for 5 blaspemies against her. Making a good Confession, Communion, 15 minute meditation on the mysteries of the Rosary, and recitation of a 5 decade Rosary for the aforementioned intention.

I would like to share a wonderful and insightful quote from G.K. Chesterton, who it seems foresaw the problems of today that Our Lady warned us of at Fatima,

“Tradition means giving votes to the most obscure of all classes, our ancestors. It is the democracy of the dead. Tradition refuses to submit to the small and arrogant oligarchy of those who merely happen to be walking about. All democrats object to men being disqualified by the accident of their birth; tradition objects to their being disqualified by the accident of death.”

Ave Maria!

A reminder that the next First Saturday is approaching on February 2, 2013. Our Lady has designated the First Saturdays to make reparation to Her Immaculate Heart, for the sins commited by men against Her.

Devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary is so powerful. To encouage and broaden the understanding of this devotion I am quoting the Holy Father, who was still Cardinal at the time:

"In biblical language, the “heart” indicates the centre of human life, the point where reason, will, temperament and sensitivity converge, where the person finds his unity and his interior orientation. According to Matthew 5:8, the “immaculate heart” is a heart which, with God’s grace, has come to perfect interior unity and therefore “sees God”.

That all may strive to “see God” with the Immaculate Heart.

Ave Maria

I hope many were able to make the First Saturday Devotions yesterday, making reparation for the sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary, as God wishes to establish devotion to the Immaculate Heart.

I was able to make the devotion in Okinawa Japan this month, the first time being in Japan and going to Holy Mass in a foreign country - although it being on a US military base.

I encourage everyone to make the Five First Saturdays devotion - and to persevere which is so important in the spiritual life especially when consolations are lacking - taking every opportunity to grow in holiness.

Ave Maria.

Hello,
This Saturday is the First Saturday in March 2013. It is a great time , a time that Our Lady has requested to make reparation to her Immaculate Heart by making a good Confession, receiving Holy Communion, Praying a 5 decade Rosary, and by meditating on the mysteries of the Rosary while keeping Our Lady company for 15 minutes.

There are many resources available that help to educate us on this devotion. One way is to research the message and miracle of Our Lady of Fatima in Fatima Portugal in the years 1916-1917.

Ave Maria.

I would like to God willing be able to do these devotions for the rest of my life… God willing!! 😃

Christine85, God be with you and may your Guardian Angel guide and protect you and aid you to accomplish this intention!

Just a reminder also that this Saturday April 6 is the First Saturday of April 2013. It is a time which the Blessed Mother has asked for Reparation to Her Immaculate Heart. This is done she says, by praying a 5-decade Rosary, meditation for 15 minutes on the Mysteries of the Rosary while keeping company the Blessed Mother, making a good Confession, and receiving Holy Communion, all in reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. This is very important for souls and for our world today. It may be impossible to see in this life the effects of those who make this devotion and in particularly by doing it 5 consecutive months. The 5 First Saturdays Devotion can be searched on the internet and you can see much that is written about it. God Bless!
Ave Maria! 🙂
