Apparently it is schismatic to offer Communion at the rails because the “modern” Catholic Church offers it in the hand? I’m confused because that’s the exact opposite of what the Pope does 🤷

Adonis - Read the whole thread. I already quite clearly addressed this question in prior posts. I am not the one that sees 2 different churches - Never have.

(But go ahead and ask that question in the Fisheaters discussion forum, and let me know what they say, okay? I am sure you will get an earful about how awful Vatican II is, and how upset they are over the changes in the liturgy, etc.)
 
I am bowing out of this awful discussion, mainly because of all the heresy talk flying around from those on here who claim to “accept” Vatican II and criticize it when they have no authority to criticize it and should accept Vatican II and the way it is. We must accept Vatican II as a valid council and the Novus Ordo mass and not criticize it. Also we must accept Pre-Vatican II as well. At this point I am going to the mods and hopefully this thread closes and I am making an appeal to put fisheaters.com on the banned list.

No it is just you and the other blowhards that take everything we say out of context because it doesn’t suit your needs. Get over it and grow up.

Where did these rules come from? Did you make them up? They’re definitely not from any church authority, since they disagree with the Pope directly.

It might appear to some people that you fling insults and false accusations, and seek to have the discussion censored when evidence to the contrary is presented…

"Blowhards, “racists”, blah, blah. I thought it was the nasty trads that were supposed to be hateful and rude. I’m sure this thread will be closed, and it’s pretty clear who sunk it. We’ll see if the moderators take the same action here that they would if it were the traditionalist side talking trash…

Better yet, why not ask that question on CAF? You will get the same mix of reasonable and illogical posts. You reliaze that a while back, the CAF mods even had to close down the Traditional Catholicism section here because quite a few posters were unable to have a productive dicussion.

Your assertations are your opinion. We do accept Vatican as a valid council and the NO mass, but there is no restriction on criticising it. Also, most critics of the NO mass do not actually criticise the rubrics because the rubrics are rarely followed.

What do you mean by “banned listed”? Do you mean banned topics?
