I live in Florida but i cannot seem to determine if if these “Marriages” are now legal or not, can anyone tell me if their are actually people doing this?

I cannot believe this isn’t attracting more attention, everything seems quiet about it but i am glad the bishops weighed in, i hope it is not legal.
