The story is not new. No more facts have been released so all we can do is speculate.

There are many other threads to choose from on CAF and a wide range of topics.

He was standing away from her car.
The video shows this statement to be untrue.
Again, no it doesn’t.

Of course maybe it was better that he did shoot. Maybe the man who was shot was planning to kick him in the head repeatedly.
And maybe the man was going to follow him home and murder his whole family too. Hypotheticals don’t absolve people of guilt. The only thing the shooter was in danger of injuring was his pride. And so he shot and killed a man to preserve it.

So what motivated the deceased to shove the man to the ground angrily? To show how tough he was?

No, he wasn’t. He was standing away from her car not next to the window.
If we accept your position that Drejka was not a threat because of the distance he was from the car, then McGlockton, who was further from Drejka than Drejka was from the car and backing up with his hands up when Drejka shot him, was certainly not a threat.
Was she engaging him in conversation?
If a woman engages a man in conversation does that give that man a right to shoot her partner?
I am sure daily there are people reprimanded for parking in a handicapped space when they don’t have the license plate or sticker. It just doesn’t lead to violence like this did.
There’s usually not a violent man with a gun on the scene.
You do realize there are some people who believe rules apply to everyone, but them.
Chief among them white men who face no real consequences for repeated violent threats.

She was in danger? She was inside a car that was running and could have backed out at anytime.

I saw her exit the car as she saw her husband approaching and there is a woman entering the store at the end of the video that might be her which means she left her 2 kids unattended in the car
while the shooter was still out there with his gun.

Drejka could have made his point about not arking in a handicap parking space if you aren’t supposed to and walked away after speaking his mind. I don’t normally pay attention to who parks there and since I don’t require a handicap spot I drive right by them. Drejka did not have to make himself parking authority.
If she was arguing with him, maybe that is why he remained.
Florida has the Stand Your Ground Law and not all states do is why this case is different.
