How beautiful!!! I love the colors and the dresses… Thanks for sharing!!! Gee that was fast! I couldn’t believe when I saw your name as the latest post today!Yay guys! Your prayers surely worked! Everything was beautiful beyond belief. My poor mom cried her eyes out, lol. I am posting just a teaser from my sister’s small digi camera. I’ll have the real ones on a website soon!
Thanks so much guys!!!
P.s. One of my groomsmen was an exMarine and he volunteered to stand duty at the door! He took care of everything very well, except for one determined couple which I’ll go into later!![]()

Aw, well that’s super cool! The parish is awesome, I’m so glad to have found a “home.”Congratulations, hasikelee! So glad to hear that everything turned out beautifully–as it should have–for your wedding!
God bless you and your husband!
I’m getting married at that very same Cathedral this summer! woohoo!![]()
Good for him!!congratulations and best wishes.
of course we will need a new thread for future in-law news, but enjoy your honeymoon first
(DH went to check in to our planned honeymoon hotel for the first night, since were would be leaving in the morning after the wedding, and saw all the relatives from his mother’s side who had just driven up from Columbus checking in. they of course invited us to join them for breakfast. needless to say, he just said thanks, and went and booked us in another hotel on the other side of town).
Congratulations and Best Wishes to the both of you!Aw, well that’s super cool! The parish is awesome, I’m so glad to have found a “home.”
I just have to give a word of advice…unless you are going completely over the top, don’t even try to decorate. Anything simple or traditional (think tulle, pew bows, etc) looks odd. I’m glad we went with just two altar arrangements and nothing else.
We got back last night from the honeymoon which was super awesome. God has been so nice to us. The weather was amazing. We went scuba diving, slept on the beach every day and even saw some mayan ruins.
Haha, now I just have to complete like 5 huge papers, 3 reports, make two cultural dishes and take all my finals in the next 5 or 6 days. :bigyikes: :bigyikes:
Oh I just have to gush about my Dsister. She was my maid of honour, solo singer and while we were away she cleaned his (our! yay) apartment and decorated it. She even set up a Christmas tree!People are what make milestones like this enjoyable.
Hey, did you ever follow up on this?P.s. One of my groomsmen was an exMarine and he volunteered to stand duty at the door! He took care of everything very well, except for one determined couple which I’ll go into later!![]()
