In Paradise , there will be no harm from wine .

related verses:

Round them will be passed a cup of pure wine -

White, delicious to the drinkers.

Neither will they have Ghoul (any kind of hurt, abdominal pain, headache, a sin) from that, nor will they suffer intoxication therefrom.

( سورة الصافات , As-Saaffat, Chapter #37, Verse #47)

It’s absurd to think that one can commit adultery as a guest of God Almighty in His garden.
Please define adultery as understood in Islam, both on earth and in paradise. It is understood differently in Christianity.

Heaven, as promised in the Quran describes men drinking endless quantities of wine and sex with women to which he is not married (Suras 2:25; 4:57; 11:23; 47:15). We wonder why Muslims will not drink wine or commit adultery on their wives now? Does eternity make these sins right? This view of heaven is common and earthly and originates from the mind of men, not God. As Morey puts it: “The Quran’s picture of paradise is exactly what a seventh-century pagan Arab would have thought wonderful.”
Why wait for heaven to do those things? They can do it now on earth. If drinking wine is a sin on earth, what makes it ok in heaven?
As I’ve said before, muslims concept of heaven is not heavenly, but earthly… nothing but earthly desires.

Sure they can on earth but the oppurtunity is limited unless you are rich shiekhs and sultans who can afford them. In their heaven all these are abundantly free. The only hope that the poor mujahideens have is of course in their heaven. Anything to hasten that hope on earth is always worthwhile. 😃

Why should that be? I think muslims should be free to proselytise.
Because it’s the forum’s rule.

Where did you get the idea they didn’t?

Dear Bill,
The Quran teaches the life of the Hereafter is the developed continuation of the life of this world, and that every object of our senses has a corresponding existence in Heaven. Unlike in this life, the wine in heaven does not intoxicate or bring about negative consequences such as addiction, brain and liver damage, and cloudy judgment.

the word “azwaj” means spouses, it is applied to men and women equally. That is to say, the believers whether they are men or women will dwell in heaven with permanent spouses. It’s interesting however that you focused only on one aspect of a spousal relationship; sex, even though any word for sex is not mentioned in the verses. Reading everyone’s comments it feels as though the darkness you Christians ascribe to the Quran is a projection of the darkness in yourselves that is not fully admitted and as such, the distorted image you have is to be regarded only as a projection of the shadow side of your minds.

But i am asking you to tell me what is wrong with the concept of enjoyng oneself in heaven any way ?

.
there is no doubt to us that heaven is bliss and Paul says exactly what Muhammad quoted, that no eye has seen what God has for us. You are asking what is wrong with the concept? i think the answer depends on how you were made to look at it. If you were brought up thinking that heaven is like earth minus the damages, then you won’t find it strange as the concept is very earthly and you will like it. No water in the desert, then rivers in paradise, limited women on earth ( not more than 4+ hand possessions which isn’t limited at all) yet unlimited in paradise, no wine here then wine in paradise, no fruits in the desert then fruits in paradise…all in all, what a desert Arab wishes for is projected in the Islamic paradise. However, if you were taught there are no carnal desires in heaven, then someone later says you have unlimited sex with unimited virgin women while sitting on a couch and drinking wine is to us the projection of an earthly mind with earthly desires. You believe the NT is corrupt, but isn’t it strange that corrupt people did not teach the carnal paradise which Muhammad taught, but rather said there is no sex?

you obvioiusly have no problem because, as a man, you are happy to think that whatever you wish now you will get in paradise (hope your wishes are good anyway) and what man does not think of sex and food and drinks? but i personally have a problem thinking that right now in paradise, in God’s presence, millions are having sex as “part” of enjoying God.

See, in the presence of God as Christian mystics report (or even ordinary men who were blessed by such experiences), there is an extacy , a different dimention, a different reality, a different enlightment, a different sense of existence. People who experienced this tell you that hours pass in a state of unimaginable bliss, and they do not realize it took hours, they think it was a matter of minutes when they realize later the day has passed, and they tell you they did not want to come back to this life, with all its pleasures. You can read about these mystic experiences to realize that what you were taught are projections of limited carnal human flesh.

I just sat through the series in the link provided above and, guess what : ALLAH WEARS A HIJAB 😃
  1. Yes islamic paradise is purely carnal and pornographic, and each man has his own bordello with recycled virgins.
  2. But muslimahs, relax, allah is an equal opportunity LIAR. You are made more beautiful. In fact, here on earth they say if the muslim men saw their “wives” in paradise they are so beautiful that they would forget their wives on earth; however in jennah, it is the muslimah wives who are more beautiful than the jennah “wives”. Oh, and muslimahs are the MADAMS of the bordellos. That’s right, they are in charge of allah’s recycled whores.
  3. Out of about 60 minutes of the lecture on jennah, actually seeing allah gets about 5 minutes if he’s lucky, the rest is the description of the carnal delights of jennah. It appears from what I understood that ONCE only they get to see allah when he lifts his veils, but he puts his hijab back on (the lecturers words veil/hijab).
**:spades:If Islam wasn’t so focussed on sex itself, then maybe a discussion on islam could get out of the gutter, madam.

I am active in a voice chat program on Paltalk where the room is rated “R” because the topic is Islam. There is no swearing allowed in there or webcams etc - but the topic of islam is impossible to conduct in a “G” room.

Islam is filth.**

I choosed intently this thread, because it addressed the
Muslims with more indulgence and brotherliness than
mosltly other threads.
Yes, in our Christian Catholic Church’s preaching, we
should tell the truth to others , but, with compassion,
friendship, mutual esteem and understanding.
My address now is to our friends the Muslims.
We all beleive , as God’s , The Creator, followers,
That He is Merciful, Patient, Righteous, and Eternal
Lover for all humankind. God is also our hearts reader,
and discern, much better than anyone of us, what lusts
in our hearts.
Thus , when we all , after death , meet God; He will
judge us according to what is in our hearts for Him
and for Others. For sure , God’s first question to us:
  • You beleive on me, but do you love me and why?
If we reply to God: God we Fear you, and we love you
because there is happiness in your Heavens.
    God Reply:
You fear me , Than you don’t understand me,
You don’t love me , you love my heavens.
Do you let anyone in your earthy life enter your earthy
house Just because he fears you and like your house?
    Think about it…
Secondly God is going to judge us for what is in our
    hearts for others:
When a Muslim say to God:
  • God , I judged the Unbeleivers and kill some, because
    they are wrong.
    God Unswers:
  • Who are they?
If they are Jews, Christians or any other related ethnics
    they beleive on Me, too.
If they beleive on others Gods. By killing them you are
contradicting my Patient for them. Because I want them
to convirt in their earthy life and not to die and stay
    unbeleivers for ever.
    Think about it…
To be honest with you, dear muslims friends, no one
on earth can trust a faith followers, who consider killing
on the name of God , is a right thing, not even you.
Would you please consider those truths in your beleif
on God and try to understand more rightly what is
    His Will for us all…
    With my sincere prayers.

Its you right to believe as you care but to me this is just RUBBISH in my opinion

Since the majority of people in hell are women …😃
Oh wait! Maybe that’s what that means!!! (One woman’s hell is another man’s paradise.) ??? 😛
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

On a serious note, what is the need for 72 virgins in paradise? Virgins are only good one time for Muslims.

In Heaven, we will have no need or desire for any carnal pleasure. Our pure joy will be praising God for all eternity.

How else is a warlord who wants slaves, loot and his religion to spread going to get people to kill for his new religion? It seems that promising them things that desert dwellers only dream of is the way to go.

flowing rivers of water, and wine; limitless fruits and trees that will come over and hand it to them; many women that do not show their age after a few years of living in the desert just surviving and wearing down with the daily duties of living; unlimited little boys; etc - what else could a desert dweller want?

Notice that nothing for the spirit, to lift the spirit or self to a higher plane is even mentioned. Satan cannot promise such things - he can only promise carnal pleasures.

It is no wonder mohammed had to put so many verses in the qur’an about not questioning, ridiculing etc. It obviously would have been a huge problem for him, even 1400 years ago surrounded by very superstitious people.

I think you have some very good thoughts on the subject of ‘if the muslims want to say they worship the same God of Israel - then why are they killing them just because they are either Jewish or Christian’.

but, to take it a step further, this still does not justify the killing of anyone who is not a muslim, or a ‘person of the Book’, such as Buddhist, Hindu, pagan, etc. And they do that too. The news media (our left wing media, or even conservative talk radio) quite often doesn’t bring that type of thing out very often.

… hence Satan, or Lucifer, is known as the ‘Prince of Lies’.

hhhmmm, reminds me of Muhammad and all his lies and telling his followers to lie whenever they want to.

Here is just one of many of a Muslim’s texts to lie to us unbelievers.

Sura (66:2) - “Allah has already ordained for you, (O men), the dissolution of your oaths” Taken collectively these verses are interpreted to mean that there are circumstances when a Muslim may be “compelled” to deceive others for a greater purpose.

Absolutely, it’s even in Shariah Law. The Reliance of the Traveller is a very handy book to have (it’s not available online unfortunately). It is an authenticated volume (I think there is an accompanying book that was to be published as well). So any doubt a muslim may have about lying to advance Islam is put to rest in this book.

Now, this raises an important question that our various western judicial systems are ignoring. In our courts in Australia, when a witness takes the oath, he can do so as a secular person, or there is the Holy Bible AND the qur’an to swear on. What value is a muslim witness oath when they are ALLOWED to lie according to the very book they are swearing on?

I can imagine soon a case in the justice system of perjury where the muslim’s defence will be just that - I did not commit perjury as I swore on the qur’an and I gave my evidence based on the laws of the qur’an (as allowed by the court), according to which my lie was not a lie in the western sense.

I am afraid you are completely wrong over here.
We are not your ennemies, and as christians
we are requested to tell the truth about our beleif
and yours. The discription of Heavens in Quran
resemble mostly to the Heaven where Adam and
Eve lived in presence of God.
But the truth is that in the Bible , And after this life,
There will be another heaven, completely different than
the previous and spiritual full of Gods love and Happiness
in presence of God. This Heaven is not men’s fiction
but it is revealed by God to his disciples and Saints.
We Just are trying to tell you this truth.
It is your decision to beleive it or not.

Peace and Good For You.
May God bless you by his Truth.
