I don’t see how this verse applies. The question isn’t about Protestants “coming to us bringing” a different doctrine. The question is about our attitude toward them simply existing and practicing their faith, not about them trying to change ours.I believe in letting scripture speak for itself.
2 John 10,11: If anyone comes to you bringing a different doctrine, you must not receive him into your house or even give him a greeting. Whoever greets him has a share in his wicked activities.
Whenever I meet a protestant, I don’t think of them any differently to a catholic. However, as a catholic I don’t recognise their churches as apostolic & tend to think of their denominations as man-made. But their christian faith in Our Saviour is just as valid as mine.:bible1:
