For mom in ICU

I just got a call that my mom is in the hospital. She, as you know, has breast cancer and has been through chemo and radiation and is now taking a course of herceptin. This drug is fairly new and has worse side effects if you have had previous lung/heart issues (which my mom has had). Anyway, she is going through some tests right now because she was having trouble breathing earlier today. All we know is she is in ICU and has fluid around her lungs. We should be finding out more later. Please send up a prayer for her.

HAIL MARY, FULL OF GRACE! THE LORD IS WITH THEE. BLESSED ARE YOU AMONG WOMEN AND BLESSED IS THE FRUIT OF THY WOMB JESUS. HOLY MARY, MOTHER OF GOD! PRAY FOR US SINNERS NOW AND IN THE HOUR OF OUR DEATH. AMEN.

Breast cancer runs wild in my family… 27 family member have had breast cancer. My prayers are definately with your MOM.
 
God of all mercy, You created dranzal’s mother as an irreplaceable part of Your Divine plan. As she undergoes the test of her faith, graciously pour Your healing mercy upon her, and grant love and wisdom to those who care for her. May the prayers of the faithful rise to Your throne just as the smoke of incense rises from the Altar. In Your unfathomable mercy, hear us O Lord and allow Heavenly comfort to settle upon her and upon all who love her. I ask this through Christ, our Lord, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God forever and ever. Amen.

Today she is off the ventilator and things are improving. She may be moved out of ICU tomorrow.

I sure know who to ask to pray. Thank you again.

Who needs further proof of the power of prayer? The Lord Who gave your mom life has consented to continue it. Blessed be the Name of the Lord.

Merciful God in Heaven, we thank and praise You for Your goodness. You reward the faithful in everything, and all is ordered for our good and for Your Glory. Amen.
