For my 11 yr old son in emotional anguish

jrabs, I just saw this thread and read all the post. I too will pray for your son and his anxieties. I have a niece who suffers from anxieties also. In fact, she was here earlier visiting with us and saw me reading your thread. She only read your original one and said, “I wish my dad would walk out.” I told her that she should not wish for that, but I can understand where she was coming from. Her dad has remarried and he abuses them ( her and her brother) when they have to go over to his house. It is a sad situation. She suffers from depression and anxiety and has a hard time in school too. She doesn’t make friends to well and in fact only has one friend. They are almost like sisters. They are both now in fifth grade and have been in the same school since Kindergarten. When this girl is sick, she doesn’t know who to play with or talk too. I will pray that your son will find a best friend soon. I will pray for your entire family. God bless you all. Your family will be remembered in my Rosary tonight.

Funny how at certain times each and every one of us will need prayer requests - we rely upon the good nature of others to pray to God and deliver us from our trials.

Let’s continue to pray for each other - we may not be in need of particular prayers today, but who knows what tomorrow brings.
