*Praying for your son, Trishie…that God will enable him to handle the challenges before him, with grace, and peace. And praying that God will give you comfort through this too…it’s hard to watch our kids suffer, and struggle. I will include this intention in my Rosary, Trishie. *

Heavenly Father, please help this father and his children.
Bless his efforts and all that he does sacrificially for his children.

Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come. Thy Will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread
and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

God, watch over Trishie’s son and grandson during this terrible time. Help them to see Your loving face in the abundant love of their mother and grandma. May that love help guide them and console them. And give Trishie strength too.

Precious Lord, in your great love for this father, son and grandmother, be present in this difficult situation. Work wonderfully for Your glory! Give wisdom and strength to all and encouragement and hope. Bless dear Trishie and her whole family. Wrap your strong arms around this family. Thank you Lord- Amen!

It’s been awhile since I’ve signed in, but I saw your request when I did. My prayers go out to myou and your son. I’m sure that it is difficult for him to manage his time. May God touch his heart and lead him in the right direction.

I’ve been feeling overwhelmed by your kind prayers. I’m really quite upset,
but your prayers are so welcome and I know they will work towards sorting out a situation that is very serious.

I wrote this once, in prayer for anyone who has ever be kind to me, or ever will be.
How strange yet familiar when we all meet, with God’s grace, in heaven.
That person you know as “trishie”, who lives across the world from most of you, will hug you so tight, and give you all the warmth of my nature with whatever God makes of it.

**My brother, my sister, my friend, or kindly stranger—
every warm thing that you have done for me is a gift.
Each warm smile, each caring and friendly word or act is a gift.
I cannot take anything from you for granted, as it is a gift of you for the moment.
The gift of the moment is forever, for even if we forget,
God will never forget your kindness to His little one.
May God immeasurably and wonderfully thank you on my behalf, in time and in eternity!

Trishie,
I have always felt some of the most powerful prayers are the Our Father, as it is what Jesus taught his apostles to say and the Hail Mary, a prayer to Christ’s - and through His sacrifice our spiritual - mother. I have seen those expressed and I will say them myself, with your family in mind. When things are difficult, it’s the family that needs to work through it and all involved need the support of prayer.

There is a prayer I say with each of my children every night which I feel strong about as well and will say here:

May God the Father bless you all and keep you always, may Jesus live in your hearts forever, and may the Holy Spirit guide and protect you all. Amen

I will continue to pray for your son and grandson daily that He will be an ever present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1 " God is our refuge and strength, and ever-present help in trouble").
