That’s exactly it. The first time you did that you made a point, but after awhile it just got annoying. And what’s worse, it isn’t adding anything to the conversation. Maybe a better way to get it back on topic is to say something more relevant to the topic, instead of just parroting the title

Apparently you don’t know what this thread is about. It’s agenda certainly isn’t to address questions like that.

Perhaps the realization that the world isn’t perfect is setting in? 😛 Doesn’t help to get too critical of the only people that actually are coming. 🙂

Did you not see the definitions I provided? Of course there is a difference otherwise it wouldn’t be an oxymoron.🤷
I’ll try to post the definition of oxymoron later so it clears up the fact that vigilance/vigilantes is not one; if I get time.

A figure of speech in which incongruous or seemingly contradictory terms appear sidey side; a compressed paradox.
To say that the goal of Police who are the authority are not vigilanties is incongruous. By the very definitions of Police they cannot be vigilanties hence an oxymoran. 😛

It depends on what definition of police you use; can you post what definition of police you are using; that’s probably the issue.
