God is w us! When your anxiety increases, put on Christian soothing music. Down load a video of the ocean w the sound of waves. You must pull yourself back from the drama. Deep breathe. Hum w the songs. Sing the melody if you know it. Music calms the savage beast.
Focus on God, finish school ( to make you marketable) call creditors. They’ll work w you. BOA w VISA, cancelled my interest. I just paid principle till debt was cleared. In bankruptcies, all creditors want their money. So if they get all of principle back, it’s a good thing. Your credit rating won’t be good. If you have creditors, it isn’t good. Creditors prefer dealing w us up front. What is the lowest food bill? It’s Ramen noodles & Campbell soup. A little hamburger and skillet meals( HAMBUGER HELPER?)
GAS for car. What’s left? Of that figure that’s left, what you can pay on the bill?
If the banks won’t work w you , join one of those credit clearance companies. You give them your money and they pay your bills. They let you keep some. They bargain Lower interest rates.
Wisdom, Forgiveness and Mercy over the family. Let them see a light at the end of the tunnel. Holy Spirit Comfort them and help them sleep.My peace, I leave you. My peace, I give you!

Have things settled a little. How’s school? Are you close to graduation?
Playing music to motivate you is important. There’s a company that sells peaceful music w underlying sound waves appropriate for certain tasks. My daughter bought the one for studying. They have one for sleep. They have some made for dogs and storms or if dogs are left alone while we’re at work. It’s called SOUNDWAVES(?) GOOGLE: music for studying w underlying sound waves??
Picking one task for repair can be easy. Cleaning and painting a room is easy. You’ll feel better if you start tackling things. Small things.
Anyway, here’s another prayer:
