May the dead rest in peace and God comfort their loved ones. May God protect the brave firefighters and may God bring a rapid end to these fires. Amen!

I pray the world reaches out her arms to all in need in the country. May they all get the physical spiritual emotional needs met. Amen
 
Thank you all very much,.This morning 173 bodies so far found in burned out areas. 35 fires still burning, 4 still uncontained.
 
Praying for the souls of the people lost in the fires as well as for comforting by the Holy Spirit to console the ones that survived. God Bless Australia and send it some rain please Jesus hear our cries.

This is such a horrific and sad situation.

Praying for the dead and their families…

The flooding in northern Australia in Queensland, submegring towns and cutting roads is receding, leaving millions of dollars of damage to homes and businesses, but only three deaths. Twice the area of Spain has been flooded in Queensland, that is, around half the State. Australia isn’t much less than the size of the United States and has only seven States, one being the island of Tasmania.

Thank you for your prayers. The confirmed deathtoll in the Victorian wildfires is now 181, but 20 fires are still burning and areas still inaccessable so the final deathtoll is unknown. The fires were like nothing experienced previously and though we have only just over 20 million Australians, Australians have aleady donated 30 million to help the survivors, with organised fundraisers yet to occur.

I thank God for the generosity of those helping the survivors.
I thank God for people’s goodness and generosity in such disasters.
And I thank Him for your prayers and kind thoughts.

Thank you, dear friend. Earlier in this thread Jakob told of his parent’s evacuation from Wittlesea because of the fires, Today his mother died of her illness months before expected. Please pray for him and his family.
The fires near my families have been contained although 20 fires are still raging. Death toll expected to rise to 200.
Thank you all for your prayers that turned the flames back from four of my family’s homes.
