O My Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of Hell and lead all souls to Heaven, especially those who are in most need of Thy mercy.
Eternal rest grant to them, O Lord; and let light perpetual shine upon them. May their souls, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Perpetual Thread: For the Souls in Purgatory

For those souls in purgatory who are most in need of Thy Mercy, especially any of my family members and friends and anyone who has no one to pray for them.

Eternal Father, I offer Thee the most Precious Blood of Thy Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the Masses said throughout the world today, for all the Holy Souls in Purgatory, for sinners everywhere, for sinners in the Universal Church, those in my own home, and within my family. Amen.
 
My most sweet Jesus,
Oh, Lord, Thy Mercy upon our loved ones who
went to the hereafter before us.
I accept the death Thou has desired for me;
with all the pains that may be accompany it;
I unite it to Thy death, I offer it to Thee.
Thou hast died for love of me;
I will die for love of Thee and to please Thee.
Amen.

Oh, St. Joseph, I never weary of contemplating you, and Jesus asleep in your arms; I dare not approach while He reposes near your heart. Press Him in my name and kiss His fine head for me and ask him to return the Kiss when I draw my dying breath. St. Joseph, Patron of departing souls - Pray for the souls in purgatory. Amen
