He’ll be protesting Roe v Wade.
She’ll be tried for Notre Dame v Roe.
 
Could someone please explain to me (so that I can then elaborate to my fallen-away-Evangelical brother), why Fr. Jenkins has not faced any public consequences from the Church, for his decision concerning the honoring of President Obama? Doesn’t he answer to a higher authority within the Church? Although I do not personally subscribe to this logic, it appears that our beloved Mother Church condones the affair when She is formally silent on the matter.
