Hi Rock,
I am going to be a postulant with the TOR’s (Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Province) in a little over two weeks. While I haven’t officially been taught the details of the charisms, I thought that I would try to answer this question for you. I am not sure which website you checked out as each province has its own site in addition to a general one for the Order. This link might help you out, though.

One of the main charisms of the TOR’s is ongoing conversion. The TOR’s try to live their lives in such a manner that they recognize their own faults and failings and then turn from them to live a life more centered on Jesus and his Gospel message. The goal is to become as close to being like Christ as possible, recognizing that until the day they day, there is still more conversion that can take place.
The province that I will be joining also has a strong background in teaching. The province runs two universities
Saint Francis University and
Franciscan University of Steubenville, as well as a high school. There are friars that teach math, chemistry, and theology. There may be friars who teach other subjects as well.
Campus ministry work is important, among this includes the Festivals of Praise and retreats at Steubenville, as well as the developing Nights of Worship at St. Francis. Obviously sacramental responsibilities are also included.
The friars are also active in other areas, but I hope that this small sampling helps you with what the TOR’s do and what their charisms are.
