Friend's wife has terminal cancer

I found out yesterday that a friend’s wife has cancer, probably terminal. He is bringing her home from the hospital today to provide hospice care for her at home. Please pray for them both. Thank you.

I pray for all that have cancer, especially people that have terminal cancer. May your Holy Spirit touch them and restore them to full health.

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (Tis Bearself’s friend’s wife and her husband). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into TIM’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Dear St. Anthony, you recognized Our Lord Jesus as the Divine Healer. In your goodness and kindness, please intercede for Tis Bearself’s friend’s wife, who is suffering from cancer. If it is God’s will, may the gift of healing be granted to him. Comfort him during times of unbearable pain, and ask our Lord to grant him peace and patience in suffering. But the Church honors and invokes you universally as the patron of hopeless cases–of things despaired of. Pray for me who feels so hopeless. Make use, I implore you, of that particular privilege accorded to you of bringing visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of. Mary, health of the sick, you brought forth into our world
Jesus Christ, Our Divine Healer. In your caring goodness,
intercede for Tis Bearself’s wife’s friend, who is truly in
need of miraculous assistance. I ask this day that the gift
of healing from cancer be granted to this sick lady, if it is God’s Holy will.

Comfort her during times of anguish, pain, confusion, and
despair. Ask Our Gracious Savior to grant her physical health,
inner peace, and patience in suffering. May God’s healing
graces grant her a life of happiness, health, and
fulfillment here on earth, and one day the joy of eternal
