FSSP or ICKSP for seminary

Well, it seems that I cannot say anything without fear of immediate criticism. I’m out.

Sorry about that, I wrote that too quickly, I did not mean it to sound like such harsh criticism. Perhaps I read your response too quickly also and read more into your response than I should have. Mea Culpa.
 
I think that with both these groups–as with any religious congregation that sponsors its own seminaries–you’d first have to apply to the community and be accepted in order to attend their seminaries. In other words, you don’t “choose a seminary” if it is sponsored by a congregation for its own members. The community’s acceptance comes first, not the seminary application.
 
For the ICKSP (really their abbreviation is: ICRSS), their seminary is in Italy, but they do have some houses for formation that focus on the “pre-seminary” year. For ICRSS, you will need to know two languages besides your own (including Latin).
And one of those must be French, since instruction at their seminary is conducted exclusively in that language.
 
The ICKSP have an international seminary in Gricigliano, Italy.
