I guess I enjoy the give and take of argumentation. Which is why I’m a frequent visitor to CAF.

Perhaps because you aren’t interested in learning anything about or from “some of these folks.”

Thank you for your wishes. Upon reflection, I think I have less respect for the belief system of atheist materialists than I do for that of muslims (who, whatever their faults, are still theists). Yet for some reason I find it important to at least try to engage them charitably too. I guess the ethic of reciprocity/golden rule is an important social norm to me.

As well as it should be. It is the lack of reciprecation that was one of the prime reasons I don;t bother anymore. But I think I am at least partially guilty of hijacking the thread :blushing: So I’ll read, but comment no more on this one.
