Well, he is still trying to argue his own way.

thank you for the time you have spent on this. finally: if the church
doesn’t want to place baies with all couples, so be it. but when it
pursues an exemption, it pits church teachings against the constitution.
Hardly…If you are unfamiliar with the Orphan Trains, I suggest you read up on it. Those children were packed on Trains and given out across the country. Most of the older ones were actually adopted by people who simply wanted a kid to work on the farm and gave them little to no love. They wanted free slave labor. Having witnessed the destruction and heartache many
of those children lived through, I should think a lesson would have been learned. Children are not property, nor are they put on this earth to make Adults feel good about their own short comings. Gay couples are NOT good for children.
Gay Adoption is another horrible exploitation of children…Children who should have a stable loving home. Children who were not born to assuage the immorality of Homosexual people who want it all and want nothing but their own way. They could care less about the children. They just want to advance their agenda of immorality and destruction of the Family.
The Catholic Church has every right to oppose such evil…nay, by the very foundations of the Church, we must oppose it and we shall.
Constitution:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The church’s request for a conscience clause should have been
unobjectionable, at least to anyone whose priority is rescuing kids from foster care. Those who spurned that request out of hand must believe that adoption is designed primarily for the benefit of adults, not children."
