For those unaware, the state is also wrong and commits a sin by allowing it.
It becomes for the state a decision of choosing *common *evil or good. This enters a crucial point in devine justice. God can remain politically correct, or actually follow His single (dogmatically assured to us) standard rules, and process this entity in the form it chose to sin.
The impact is either we will see unrepentant collectives suffering in the form they have chosen to sin, given the eons of nations/groups/societies that have passed, or all individuals in hades who were judged for their individual choice have been exposed to a travesty of justice by it. This means all individuals as a combined unit.
This is not an unreasonable expectation. Throughout scripture we notice offences to God done by groups who have entered a contract of cohesivness of one form or another. Collectives show this by acting as one in war, to set laws, to pay war reparation if they fail, etc. If an individual finds himself at odds with the colletive character, he can find an out. In a collective, many consciences are at work discerning the right or wrong of a proposal(temptation), so choosing a wrong more concretely solidifies it’s determination to offend, or some would say obstinance to conform to the Law. Remember bills of legislature that are wrong have a long time to be processed and are scrutinized carefully. The imputation becomes more solidly cemented into the collective’s fabric. A decision becomes a dare when so many choose to disobey, the individual sinner not having such an option.
The upshot is that if we have a Justice of favored entities before testing begins, those destined to be condemned and who are able to keep a cool head will create some interesting defence scenerios in the area of judicial protocol and standards, and it is possible some celestial reputations will be at risk by it. What we heard about the trials being short and one on one have a practical reason it seems. Even if we set aside one injustice in celestial trials, ie: the practice of ignoring conflict of interest, the celestial halls would resound with justified cries of fraud, and that too would be…truth.
