This brings up a very good point. I do not agree with the legality of that. I do believe that insurance premiums should be raised for non-wearers.

Why can’t I shoot up heroin to relieve stress? I’m not hurting anyone.

I think it’s up for debate, and has been for a long time. Making it legal while requiring the public proclamation of people who are on them (drugs) would help others be aware and protect themselves might be a start. Obviously a complex issue, along with the others being discussed.
