Why do you keep on insisting that the Church fund your project? I don’t know of any churches that do that, beyond some charity giving. But as far as being the main provider for research, no church does that.
There are funding programs for research, why do you demand that the Church do something it is not equipped to do?

You don’t seem to want to answer the question as to why you have not used the traditional avenues for research grants and instead demanding this one organization (the Church) fund you for which it is not in the business of doing.
