I see you are still Trolling around.

One thing I forgot to mentioned yesterday is that while your wife is dying in the hospital as you stated, you spent 12 hours on this forum.
I visit with Mary in the ICU everyday Rick, though she is unaware of my presence there.

I hope to have her home again soon, perhaps even this weekend. I have been her sole primary caregiver for over 1 year now.

I suggest you walk a mile in my shoes brother, before you insinuate anything about my methods or conduct in doing my best to keep her alive.

The missing 27 years were spent raising 3 children who are now grown.

It was Mary that drove me to UCLA for my first meeting with Dr. Bonavida, she has played a huge role in driving the Gen 7 project, she was an outstanding mother in every respect, all 3 of our children were baptised in the catholic church.

Gen 7 was more of a hobby for me during those years, it haunted me by refusing to die, each time I saved enough money to complete the next phase of research that would indicate whether I was mistaken in my theory, the results were always supportive of the the theory.

Spermcells corollate to each mammals red bloodcell size without exception. All spermcells begin their lives as diploid 46 chromosome cells(spermatagonial cells) that are halved by meiotic divisions during the maturation process into haploid 23 chromosome cells.

If spermcells were not designed to cross over the blood brain barrier, then why would they all have neurotransmitter receptors on them without exception, these receptors allow the sperm to attach themselves to the zona occludens of the BBB in their millions.

Millions of spermcells complete with neurotransmitter receptors, millions of zona occludens with matching androgen receptors comprise the BBB.

All these matching keys and locks are not coincidental, they all indicate intelligent and purpose specific design by our maker.

In many ways it would be a huge relief to me to be proven wrong, that I was mistaken in thinking sperm and menstrual fluid could play dual roles in nature, but the research done to date indicates otherwise.

Getting this Gen 7 theory proven or disproven appears to be the goal of my life, and I have every intention of completing that goal before meeting my maker.

I don’t get the menstrual blood part. Because when a woman is menstruating, she can’t become pregnant. Also the blood buildup in the womb is supposed to nourish the co-joined sperm and egg. I don’t understand what you mean about the blood barrier.

All the ingredients required to fully capacitate human sperm are contained in menstrual fluid, primary among them are humam serum albumin blood platelets and progesterone. Ovarian follicular fluid has been used in IVF procedures to capacitate sperm in laboratories for years, but has now been replaced by sperm capacitation swimup kits with the exact ratios of female hormones and blood albumin necessary to achieve fully capacitated sperm.

There’s a very good reason that the female egg’s zona pellucida slams the door shut once one spermcell has bound itself to the ZP and undergone the acrosome reaction, and gained entry into the egg.

The most common cause of miscarriage in women is when the ZP doesn’t close it’s door soon enough to prevent two acrosome reacted spermcells from gaining entry inside the egg and fusing with the egg’s 23 chromosomes. When this happens it results in a polyspermy zygote with too many chromosomes fused together(69) to achieve a viable fetus, and the result is a natural miscarriage, and for very good reasons.

But even this natural reproductive malfunction called polyspermy is proof that two acrosome reacted spermcells are quite capable of fusing together under the right circumstances and specific sequential order.

It’s important to remember that eyes, testes, ovaries and brain are all immune privileged grounds in all mammals, and that sperm begin their lives as diploid cells in the testes just like eggs in the ovaries are. That sperm once capacitated in the female reproductive tract will actively seek out the ZP of the female egg and bind itself to the ZP, then undergo the acrosome reaction to facilitate it’s entry into the egg’s interior and fuse together with the eggs nucleus is all well known documented reproductive knowledge.

The Gen 7 theory suggests that the immune privileged brain essentially acts as a giant female egg complete with millions of zona occludens with the same exact androgen receptors as the ZP of the female egg.

What Dr. Snyders invitro lab protocol will determine is the ability of fully capacitated spermcells to attach themselves to the BBB’s zona occludens, undergo the acrosome reaction, fuse together with nearby other bound acrosome reacted spermcells, and once again become diploid(46 chromosome) cells capable of crossing the BBB and effecting repair/renewal duties inside the brain.

Thanks for replying Christine 77.

You sound like a scientific genius! Too bad you are having such a hard time getting your ideas to fruition.

Unfortunately, I don’t understand all these scientific terms. So in a nutshell, the sperm would be the carrier in the bloodstream for attacking some kinds of microorganisms which cause diseases? Am I close? I know this is really basic, but could you make it a little easier for me to understand?

Basically Gen 7 suggests that once fully capacitated sperm is injected into the blood stream they will arrive at the blood brain barrier very quickly due to the high speed of the blood coursing through the circulatory system, upon arrival at the BBB they will bind themselves to the zona occludens( of which there are millions) in the same manner they do the zona pellucida of the female egg in normal reproduction. Once bound to the ZO of the BBB they will undergo the acrosome reaction, this then allows the spermcells to fuse with each other and create diploid(46 chromosome) stemcells capable of migrating inside the brain and effecting repair/replacement duties within the brain itself.

As I explained earlier, sperm begin their lives as diploid(46 chromosome) spermatogonia, then divide themselves meiotically into haploid(23 chromosome) spermcells capable of fusing with their female haploid counterparts, the egg, or oocyte to create a zygote that then implants itself into the uterine wall to grow into a fetus.

In very simple terms, Gen 7 states that once fully capacitated sperm is injected into the bloodstream, they will bind themselves to the brain in their millions, fuse together with each other creating millions of diploid stemcells, crossover into the brain as custom made stemcells capable of repairing or replacing any malfunctioning cells/neurons in the brain.

Gen7 targets the brain Christine.

wow!!

The real wow factor will occur when and if Gen 7 is proven clinically, at that point we will know if Gen 7 is actually able to live up to it’s genesis 3/22 promise of eternal life being accessable to mankind by putting forth his hand and partaking of the biblical tree of life.

At that point, all credit will go to our creator, and his genius at human design, and giving us embedded biblical road maps pointing the way to heaven on earth.

Thanks for posting Christine.

Let’s look at things a little realistically. You are not a medical doctor, nor do you have a Ph.D. in a related field. Therefore, you do not have a presumption of knowledge. Those Ph.D.'s at UCLA and elsewhere do, but they are not the ones here telling us about this or seeking funding, and 27 years of them not pushing this on their own (it seems they’ve been asking you to pay every step of the way – you haven’t said they are enthused enough to pay for it themselves) doesn’t bode well for their confidence in it.

If you want to be taken seriously or get funding, you need to have verifiable results first. It’s the same for pretty much every amateur inventor/researcher. Almost no one will believe you unless you have proof to show them beyond an “interesting” idea and a very unusual biblical interpretation.

Also, given so far what I have heard about this so called Gen 7 project, I wonder if there won’t be some major moral and ethical issues in, umm, “harvesting” material.

I empathize that you feel you are racing against the clock with your wife, but you need to take a hard look inwardly.

I suggest you google doctors evan snyder and donald stein JMJ, then get back to me on their qualifications to conduct this research.

I’ll put this research on youtube and broadcast it to the entire world before I let my wife die, you and bishop brom can count on it.

Those two individuals, one a M.D. the other a Ph.D. in biology (if I read right), do have a presumption of knowledge. It doesn’t mean that they are right, it just means they get their foot in the door to be listened to by virtue of their degrees (as unfair as that may or may not seem to anyone).

However, they aren’t the ones here trying to convince us or the Church to fund this research you propose.

^ I’m just saying, why aren’t those researchers the ones here seeking approval and support from us and funding from the Church?

And I ask you and bishop brom, what is the purpose of the catholic church?

What is the pupose of any christian church?

What is your function?

I’m waiting for your catholic answers.

That is a legitimate question. I’ll first tell you what the function of the Church is NOT. The primary function of the Catholic Church is NOT to fund medical research.

So what is its function? The function of the Church is to extend and continue the mission of Christ, who ordained certain men especially with an apostolic mission. But, then what is the mission of Jesus Christ? Its obvious that He hasn’t (at least yet) taken away human suffering or political oppression or greed or any of the many evils that plague the world. What has He (or the Church) given us?

Pope Benedict XVI addresses this question in his book “Jesus of Nazareth”. In it he states:

…this leads to the great question that will be with us throughout this entire book: What did Jesus actually bring, if not world peace, universal prosperity, and a better world? What has He brought?
Code:
The answer is simple: God. He has brought us God. He as brought the God who formerly unveiled His countenance gradually, first to Abraham, then to Moses, and the Prophets, and then in the Wisdom Literature -- the God who revealed His face only in Israel, even though He was also honored among the pagans in various shadowy guises. It is this God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the true God, whom He has brought to the nations of the earth.

He has brought God, and now we know His face, now we can call upon Him. Now we know the path that we human beings have to take in this world. Jesus has brought God and with God the truth about our origin and destiny: faith, hope, and love. It is only because of our hardness of heart that we think this is too little...
The Catholic Church continues this mission through the proclamation of the Gospel which Jesus revealed and through the ministering of the Sacraments which Jesus instituted. In this way the Church continues Jesus’ mission of bringing God to the world.

And that is the primary function of the Church.

Bringing god to the world?

How, declaring bankruptcy to avoid it’s manly sins?:

If that is bringing god to the world, then the church will weaken, and rightly so.

It makes far more logical sense for the church to try and be of more tangible use to it’s members, minister to the sick and poor, atleast attempt to heal them as christ himself did.

No I have not Ronald, do you have a link to his foundation?

Is he a christian?

I guess at this point I’ll try just about anyone.

Thanks for replying Ronald.

Did you even read more than a single sentence from that post. I answered exactly how the Church continues to bring God to the world: through the proclamation of the God and the ministering of the Sacraments.

Perhaps I should have finished quoting the rest of the paragraph (in response to your claim that the Church will “weaken, and rightly so”):

…Yes indeed, God’s power works quietly in this world, but it is the true and lasting power. Again and again, God’s cause seems to be in tis death throes. Yet over and over again it proves to be the thing that truly endures and saves. The earthly kingdoms that Satan was able to put before the Lord at that time [temptation in the desert] have all passed away. Their glory, their doxa, has proven to be a mere semblance. But the glory of Christ, the humble, self-sacrificing glory of his love, has not passed away, nor will it ever do so.

The Church does an amazing amount of good. I challenge anyone to find a charitable organization that provides as much good, in the way of feeding the poor and caring for the sick and downtrodden etc., in as many countries as the Catholic Church does. If there are any groups more outgoing (and I doubt that there are) the list will be exceedingly small. The Church runs an astonishing percentage of hospitals – using approved and proven forms of medicine (I don’t know off hand of any Catholic research hospital).

But, the Church lacks the resources to fund personal research. While their have been an astounding number of Catholic researchers and inventors, the Church didn’t pay for that research – they obtained money the way non-Catholics do, by investors, patrons, and government grants.
