None of which apply to President Trump ,hard as the Dems may try ,they are exposing their desperation. It really is getting beyond tedious, tiresome and annoying.

No kidding. Just when you think we might be past hearing about Russia, Hillary accuses Tulsi Gabbard of being a Russian asset! Back in that old chestnut again. Welcome to the club Tulsi!

Remember JK. It’s not Trump you hate. It’s me and everyone else that supports Trump that you hate. And that’s why he’ll be reelected in a landslide come 2020.

That’s a lot of deflection. Just because one piece of pie is less moldy than the other doesn’t require you to say it tastes good.

The Dems know this, they are on record as saying we mpeach or he will be re elected. They know this latest sham scandal is a nothingburger outside of their projecting their own illegal behaviors ontomTrump as a distraction hoping they won’t be exposed.

Obviously. I’m curious how you think they’d remove Trump from office without a conviction?

Not sure the deflection is your talking about (really). If is what I think it is my point was what you see as obvious is influenced by your biases. (Same for me, of course)

Depends on what your definition of the word is is in other words (and yes, I am referencing back to Bill. Just a little humor that I know doesn’t translate well through forums like this. Sorry)

If I said, it would be immediate ban. That’s how bad TDS is.

There’s no evidence, no collusion (whatever that means), no obstruction of justice, no quid pro quo, just a hatred of average, common Americans who chose a president that speaks their language and resonates with them, and most importantly, delivers what he said he was going to do.

This is what I find most troubling. We are experiencing so many positives ,as a whole in this Country as a result of a Trump’s policies, that anyone regardless of party affiliation would want to ruin the momentum out of pure hatred for the POTUS,is cutting ones nose off to spite ones face. That’s just sick.

The deflection happened when I said:
Trump has attacked our democratic institutions, and the appropriate thing for people who believe in our democratic institutions to do is to defend them.
and you replied
Yeah well whatabout Hillary.

I will give you that one.

It is worded that way so bad on me. What I was trying to say was what I said earlier about how our biases color what we see as obvious. I think it is obvious Hillary is a criminal.

I don’t understand how explaining a political maneuver resulting in the illegitimate removal of a president could result in a forum ban. Which rule do you think it would violate?

As I explained in my previous post, denying the evidence requires the debasement of our democratic institutions. I agree that is not immoral, but I do think it is an irresponsible attack on our democracy.

There is only one way President Trump leaves office before his mandate is up, and it’s not through impeachment. The start of which was 6 mnutes after he was elected. (Where was all that 'evidence ’ and ‘proof’ then?)

Try as the Dems might, just makes Trump’s victory in 2020 all the more juicier.

Covfefe!

So to summarize your position as laid out in this thread:

You enjoy being able to gloat about Trump’s victory. You think that I just hate Trump supporters like yourself which must be what makes gloating compatible with christian charity. In fact, you think we hate Trump Trump’s supporters so much that we have fabricated all the evidence against him in order to remove him from office. You also think that if the democrats fail to remove him legitimately, they will do something nefarious (a coup?) to achieve that end.

As evidence for these claims you cited a fictitious “Trump Derangement Syndrome.”

In response, all I can say is that I think your view is dangerously common. Among “average, common Americans” the ends justify the means; republicans are willing to accept permanent damage to our democratic institutions to achieve their political ends. Their glee at being able to “stick it to the elites” and “pull one over on the people that hate us” blinds them to the importance of the democratic institutions they are gutting. Institutions that exist to protect them from those in power; all short term victories will be Pyrrhic if they create the conditions for their immediate undoing by dismantling our system of checks and balances.

Yeah, you should just keep punching with that summation. And we’ll see you at the polls 2020.

KEEP AMERICA GREAT.

What you don’t see is I think just like you but the opposite. The Democratic party are actively trying to take away rights and regulate our lives to their whim. Beto’s threat to remove tax exemption from religious institutions is just one pf many examples. I think the would do whatever it takes to remove a president in there way, including their behind closed doors, kangaroo court impeachment.

But they are doing it through the ordinary democratic institutions. They are not trying to assert that the executive branch may dictate to congress how congress must conduct its oversight of the executive branch, they are proposing changes to legislation, which would be subject to review by the courts.
