Getting away with sin

A lot of people see life as a user experience. A free lunch so to speak.

I’ve asked these questions a lot. Elbert Hubbard said that we are not punished for our sins but by them. If you take this as a given, unless one is a sociopath or otherwise mentally ill, avoiding the ramifications of sin is impossible, even in this lifetime.

Colonel, you are cute. God bless you for your service and the rest of your life as a child of the Most High God.

Dear Jump,
I felt bad, not realizing, the loss you are feeling from someone leaving you. I opened up & shared and prayed. Has anything I said, shared over all my notes Comfort you at all?
I’m scared from watching your notes, you gave all. Part of you was selfishly taken. This God, with whom you angry, will forgive and comfort you.
Our God is a God, who doesn’t want us to feel pain. He gave us rules to follow, to avoid pain. If WE break the rules=pain. This is part of an obedient life as well. But, living w Jesus gives us strength.
What can we do to help you let go of the pain?

Edward,
OH GOODNESS! You don’t know what FB is?! We might not be doing a favor telling you about it.
God bless you

Very true, and that type of thinking tends to double back on itself leaving them with the unanswered question “is this all there is?”
