I was reading this, thinking, āI wish she would try Salvation Army, they often have folks who will fix things like this, & its cheaper than paying the garbagemanāāand you all got there ahead of me!!
I tell you about men & big TV setsā¦One of my friends put their old, broken set out for the garbageman. Her husband said, āOh, was it broken?ā

So, he went to Walmart the next day, & came back withā¦
a 52" set that was
āon sale because everybody wants the new flat screen kindā.
The good news is that it is HDTV compatible. The bad news is that it filled up the entire living room, and now they have to use the family room for everything because there isnāt room for anything in the living room except that 52 inch television and a couple of chairs to sit in to watch it.
