Wouldn’t it be lovely if they got the word out once in a while about the many, many godly and wonderful priests we have in our Church?

1 P.M. Two Bishops / One Journey - A film detailing the life stories of Bishops J. Douglas Deshotel and Mark J. Seitz and the path that brought them here.

1:25 P.M. Msgr. Donald Fischer, pastor of St. Joseph’s Parish in Richardson, will preview the Episcopal Ordination.

1:30 P.M. The procession into the Cathedral Shrine of the Virgin of Guadalupe will begin, featuring Catholic dignitaries from around Texas and the nation.

2:00 P.M. Episcopal Ordination Mass begins. Bishop Kevin J. Farrell, seventh bishop of the Diocese of Dallas, will officiate, along with Dallas Bishop Emeritus Charles V. Grahmann and Bishop Michael Duca of the Diocese of Shreveport.

4:00 P.M. Approximate end of Ordination Mass. Replays of the service will be available on-demand on this site after the Mass is complete.
